Full Payment required at the time of online booking. Full payment is non-refundable, however you may reschedule as needed within the guidelines established in the cancellation policy. No refunds on full payment for cancelled appointments or appointments changed within 48 hours

There is a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes, your appointment may be rescheduled and you will be charged the remaining balance, for the full cost of the appointment. A new full payment will be required for your new appointment. Your appointment is considered a no-show without a prior notification that you are running late.
